Dr. Thomas Meneghini is the CEO and Chemist of Azett GmbH & Co. KG and BactEX UG & Co. KG, based in Memmingen, Germany, companies specialising in cleaning chemicals and disinfection. He has led Azett GmbH & Co. KG as CEO and Chemist since January 2003.

Born in Montréal, Canada in 1967, Dr. Meneghini is fluent in German, English and French. He earned his B.Sc. from Université de Montréal (1986–1989), continued his studies at McGill University (1990–1992) including an executive development course at the McGill University Management Institute, and completed his M.Sc. (1992–1995) and Ph.D. (1995–2000) at Universität Ulm in Germany.

Prior to founding his current ventures he worked as a Chemist at Zep Manufacturing in Montreal (1991–1992) and at Otto Christ AG (1995–2002). His professional work focuses on the development of alcohol-free Halal-certified disinfectants and hand cleansers.
