Dr. Sibel Demircioğlu
Dr. Sibel Karaca Demircioğlu earned her PhD in Food Technology from Celal Bayar University, where her research investigated the quality effects of dry and wet aging on red meat. She presented her work at international forums such as the 5th International Food Congress in Greece and the 6th Food Physics Congress in Bulgaria, and has published extensively on meat quality, biosafety, and sanitation.
Since 2017, Dr. Demircioğlu has served as a Quality Management Consultant and Lead Auditor for global accreditation bodies including EIAC (Halal Accreditation), IAS (Technical Expert), and Bureau Veritas (Sustainability & QMS Lead Auditor, Safe Tourism Auditor). She has led ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 17020, 17025, and 27001 audits, and provided technical consultancy on ISO 17020 for the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and food safety systems in Dubai.
Prior to that, she directed Quality & Accreditation at Invenura (2011–2017) and consulted for National Britannia Turkey and Arslantürk Tarım on export quality management. Her toolbox includes certifications in BRCGS v9, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GSTC sustainability auditing, plus expertise in root cause analysis, TQM, 5S, and communication skills training.
