Mustafa Süleyman Beşli graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations and received MA degree in International Relations from Marmara University and studied Phd. at the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies.

Mr. Beşli had been employed as Assistant Expert and Expert at Export Promotion Center of Turkey (IGEME) Marmara Regional Directorate and at Ministry of Economy between 1998-2014. He was appointed as the Head of Department for Personel in 2014. He had been a member of Technical Committee of Turkish Standards Institution between 2015-2017. He also served at Turkish Embassy in London as Chief Commercial Counselor for four years (2017-2021).

Since November 2021, Mr. Beşli has been serving as Secratary General at Halal Accreditation Agency
