Mr. sci. Muhamad Alfiyan Zubaidi is a Technical Expert at the Polish Institute of Halal, a leading Halal certification body in Poland. He is a dedicated professional who ensure that products certified by Polish Institute of Halal fulfill the Halal standards. He is passionate in comparing one Halal standards to another. Additionally, he is actively participated in Halal International training conducted by HAK Turkey, JAKIM Malaysia, MUI Indonesia, SFDA KSA, and EIAC UAE. In 2022 he was invited to lead one of the sessions in Thailand Halal Assembly. In addition to his professional career, he is currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland. He particularly uses advanced analytical technique such as ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) in his research. This techniques may assist in identification of Halal adulterated product.
