He was born in 1969 in Ankara, Türkiye

He graduated from METU-Faculty of Engineering, Department of Metallurgical Engineering in 1992. He completed his master's degree at METU-Institute of Science, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in 1995.

He worked as an expert at the Turkish Standards Institute between 1994-1999. He continued his business life in the private sector between 1999-2015.

Between 2015 and 2018, he served as the Head of the Foreign Relations Department and the Head of the Certification Center of the Turkish Standards Institute.

He has been serving as Technical Assistant to the TSE General Secretary since 2018.
