Fashli Syafiq B. Abd Razak is a pharmaceutical professional and academic leader with a Doctorate in Business Administration, an M.Sc. in Polymer Engineering, and a B.Pharm.

He has over ten years’ experience spanning university lecturing and course coordination at the University of Cyberjaya—where he founded the Centre for Pharmaceutical Innovation and raised RM 20K through industry projects—to consultancy at Arcadia Life Sciences, driving new business models and product commercialization.

A published researcher and award-winner in patient-friendly drug delivery, he also oversaw veterinary drug compliance at Global Veterinary SDN BHD.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, he combines strategic planning, networking and innovative thinking to advance pharmaceutical education, research, and industry collaboration.
