Usman Mir Khan
Usman Mir Khan is from Lahore city of Pakistan. He
has done his bachelor from University of Veterinary
& Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan with silver
medal as distinction. He has done his Masters from
University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences,
Lahore, Pakistan. He has also served as Lecturer for 8
months in Department of Dairy Technology, University
of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan.
He is currently Ph.D. Scholar of Food Technology field
at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He
is working as individual researcher, review writer and
as Editor of one Indonesian Journal. He has published
17 researches and more than 100 national and
international conferences oral presentations. The main
part of research base Conferences and informative
sessions conducted in Universities of Pakistan
regarding youth promotion in social and empowerment of
youth in all crucial situations and crisis. He has
published many research works and has attended many
International and national conferences in Turkey two
times and Thailand to represent Pakistan.
Research Interest: Dairy Technology, Dairy Products,
Cheese, Yoghurt, Food Technology, Food Products and
their Processing.
